Annual School Performance

We feel that performing is an integral part of a student's training. We will be doing our Annual School Performances on June 11th and possibly 12th  (including the 3 year olds and adults, however, no performance is ever mandatory.) Our performances are professionally done with beautiful choreography, lights and costumes.  Rehearsals for our younger students will take place during ordinary class times; however, they will be required to be at two additional mandatory rehearsals during the week of the performance. Our aim is to present a production of the highest caliber.
All Pre-Ballet students performing in the Annual School Performance will be required to pay a $45 fee and all students in Ballet I or higher, Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern, Tap, and Adults will be required to pay a $60 fee to participate in the production. This fee must be paid by March 15th and is nonrefundable and nontransferable.New students joining the school after April 1st may be invited to join the performance at the co-directors discretion ONLY!  If a student misses 4 weeks or more of classes without approval from the co-directors he or she may be dismissed from the production and the performance fee will be forfeit. Please communicate with us if there is a problem. The performance fee includes costume rental as well as covering some of the costs of the prodution such as theatre rental, technical crew, etc. Students will be provided with costumes for the show from our own wardrobe. Students in certain classes may be asked by their teachers to purchase a specific leotard or jazz pant or top to create a uniformed costume for their piece. Tickets will be sold for these performances to help offset the costs of mounting this production. We take our performances very seriously and ask that you honor your commitment if you sign a performance contract.
